Novacom Services merges with CLS

Novacom Services is proud to announce its merger with its parent company, CLS, a subsidiary of CNES (French Space Agency). This integration is part of CLS Group’s strategy to diversify and offer its customers competitive products and services at the leading edge of innovation. The two companies have already been working closely together since the creation of Novacom Services more than 15 years ago. This merger is about continuity, shared strategy and values.

By pooling their resources, both companies benefit from increased R&D and innovation. Novacom Services’ customers will have expanded access to high-techn solutions that are constantly improving.

CLS, a subsidiary of CNES, ARDIAN and IFREMER, is an international company, pioneering Earth observation and monitoring solutions since 1986. Its vision is to imagine and build innovative solutions to understand and protect our planet, and to manage its resources sustainably. CLS employs 750 people at its headquarters in Toulouse and at its 26 other sites around the world. NOVACOM Services becomes the Fleet Management Division of CLS. This innovative department has 65 employees, 15 of whom are based in Holland and Northern Europe. It aims to achieve a turnover of more than 23 million euros. Based on business data collection and geolocation, CLS’s Fleet Management department offers intelligence solutions to ensure the efficiency, optimization and security of strategic movements of equipment, vehicles or people (humanitarian, transport and logistics, waste collection, exports and key accounts).
